The information provided on this website is intended for general informational and educational purposes regarding Wholistically Reformed Birth Services, pregnancy, birth, postpartum care, and midwifery services. Visiting this website, submitting an inquiry, or communicating with Wholistically Reformed Birth Services does not establish a midwife-client or healthcare provider-patient relationship.

Inquiries and becoming a client
Submitting an inquiry through our website is simply a request for information about our services and availability. An inquiry does not guarantee acceptance as a client, reserve your estimated due date, or establish a midwife-client relationship.
Because Wholistically Reformed Birth Services intentionally limits the number of births accepted each month in order to provide individualized care to our families, availability cannot be guaranteed until we have spoken with you and confirmed that we are able to accept you into care.
You are not considered an established client until all required agreements have been completed and signed and the required deposit has been received.
Payments, refunds, and financial terms
Information regarding fees, deposits, payment schedules, refunds, travel expenses, insurance, and other financial policies can be found on our Payment Policies page.
Specific financial obligations and terms of care are outlined in the Financial Agreement provided to each client. If information on this website differs from the terms contained in your signed Financial Agreement, the signed Financial Agreement will govern.
Communications
By voluntarily providing your telephone number or email address, you consent to Wholistically Reformed Birth Services contacting you regarding your inquiry, scheduling, services, or care.
Message and data rates may apply to text communications. You may opt out of nonessential text messages at any time by replying STOP. Additional information regarding how your personal information is collected, used, and protected can be found in our Privacy Policy.
